This is you, about one month old, trying to get used to things, like the pacifier; i did try to give it t you but you didn't like it. You kept on pushing it outwards, well it was nice to not have it as your habit anyway.

And yes that mee.... lol, with my swollen body. At this time, we are like buddies to the bed. We spent most of the time on bed, besides sunbathing, morning bath, afternoon bath, getting post natal massage (still a laying down activity) and walking in front of the house. I just kept nursing you.

This is about 2 days after you were born. Very cute huh....

If you see carefully, yes, Farrel was a bit yellow, in fact, your Billirubin is quite high, for about 18, and the normal limit would be 12, you had to spend, i think one night at RSIA Bunda, in an incubator box. :(..... I recalled i was so sad that day that i have to give you up to a hospital again, after just having you for one day.

So really, papa was trying to get the bigger piggy bank: the traditional one that has a shape of a chicken, so we can just crash it to the ground when it is full. But you had so much fun with this little one, with Batman pictures all over it. You treated it as a complete toy that can be rolled around, so when you saw it destroyed into pieces, you went broke down pretty bad. Just look at how you cried!

This was about two days after you were born, the day we left the hospital, and brought you for the first time to our home. back then, we still stayed at Grandpa Ermin's place.

They Managed to pull off a surprise decoration, just to welcome you! See how much they love you. The front door of the house, the baby room, is decorated with a gate made up of balloons.

Family was there to see you, Endeh and Aunties.... i remember you just stayed asleep comfortably in your car seat, but everybody wanted to see you awake and see your eyes opened. Yes, they eventually opened when i changed your diaper.

So one weekend morning, after much stretching and hugging time with me and papa, mama and papa got busy with our own stuff... and there you went, to where the computer was, turned it on, and clicked the NBA game. Yes, Believe it or not, you can somehow do this at around 17 months old!

We supported Argentina for the recently passed World Cup 2010, well as you all know, they lost to Germany BIG TIME!; for 4-0. My my... but mama and papa did choose the team from the start. well, actually mama booked the statement first, but then papa followed :) i got my jersey, was ecstatic to find a tiny jersey for you! and bought it right away!

Owkayyy... so may stuff had gone by and i dont even know where to start, u've grown up so much, uve grown to have such a characteristic that make me miss u so much, every time i leave you, for school. which also is the reason why, ive been neglecting this dear blog, this cute little blog, which i love so much!! haha...

I cant describe how much uve grown, u have this face of yours now that only you have, not mama's and not papa's too... hihi i love u so much son. you are now already dozed off with papa, maybe because of the effect of the medicine for your fever and cough. we just went to the doctor after a long time since u never have ur immunisation until u're 18 months old. u had a really high fever and bad flu, i just gave you Tempra and a "racikan" from the doctor.

Oh yaaa... and still not drinking your formula milk! why son? right now, u are just taking in my breast milk and food, well i just bought you a chocolate flavored formula, and i hope you like it. ill start tomorrow alright?! the doctor said that u need to have that in you, since ure already running here and there and talking all the time!

Yes, this little Farrel oy has responded to most of my questions. he can say "mama", "papa", "nenen", "nanaaa" means kesana or there, "ini" means this. and so many other stuff!

I also try to start disciplining you, i'll say "no, no" and you already understand that you can't continue what you're doing at that moment. and you'll get scared. Oh, it's funny to see your scared face! ull block your eye with your hand, and try to glance at me here and there, and ill open my eyes wide!

Well baby, that's for your own good yaa... it's good now that u understand when i say it's wrong, so u now which is right and wrong.

and get ready for the good news: finally!!!!

We are moving!! yayy!!

my eyes are teary with happiness, so long have i been waiting for this time to come, so we will have our own house, and settle beautifully as a family.

mama have been so busy preparing it, and at the same time, i am also having my finals, so all the studies for final tests and final projects are flooding my mind... that i think i am missing caring for papa too... i am just so nervous about having your party and get my projects as best as i can...

well, the party will be on this weekend and my projects, one by one, are being done. oh ya! before i forget, my lecturer suddenly decided to postpone a class, and because of that, the final project, which iiiiiisssss..... to hold a mini press conference, along with preparing for its "integrated" press release and press kit, is postponed and going to be held when?? the birthday day!! yeayyy.... thank you sir Dicky!! for... aaa nothing, i will make it! :)

Oh myy... Obviously, I have not been blogging because of all the recent occassions like Lebaran!! Yes, before I forget, everybody Eid Mubarak!! Minal aidin wal faidzin, especially to my close family and friends...

And yes my dear blog, I have been baking, preparing for mudik to lampung, doing my college projects....

Yes i think, living in Jakarta, we go to the malls often whether you like it or not, and currently i think Grand Indonesia is our favorite. one is because it's huge, there's forever 21, zara and topshop there, mothercare, etc.

That day we went to see arthur's new house at BSD, which feels like continents apart! but the surroundings was so nice, the atmosphere is almost like we're in Puncak! and the house was just nice for the small family. i wish that there are still houses as such in the middle of Jakarta, and with a good deal, because i don't think i can stand the long trip for everyday routines...

Just went from a casting!!

What a busy Friday!!

in the morning mama planned to go to the Mother & Baby Fair at least twice, well, the second time will be on Sunday with tante Sylvi, Malvin and hopefully, tante Ulva!! and Saturday, papa will go for an outbound trip with his work colleagues, so i thought ill come today which is its first day, so i can get to see when it is very full of people on Sunday, and still few visitors today.

so i called tante Ade, if she can company me, which she did! but then, around 10 pm, i got a text meesage from mba Bunga, a talent searcher? that there is a casting for Dancow in Slipi. so i thought, i will still going to go for the fair, and make it to the casting. Farrel's first ever casting!

well, i just got home now, just rested for a while with you, who is now busy banging the table!! and i think the casting went pretty well. the guy, Irfan was nice, you had moments where you were shocked by the toys he had for you, and decided not to smile or laugh. but you did in the end!

let's just hope you are the talent, Cerelac is looking for. Amien....

You were only about 2 or 3 weeks old here, i have to sunbathe you every morning, so you can get the free vitamin D from the unharmed morning sun. you were a bit yellow, as you have a very high bilirubin (that yellowness due to lack of red blood cells?).

I leave you for about half an hour, i know the doctor would suggest for only 15 minutes but you were so yellow. i closed your eyes with cotton as you cant look directly into the sun. you were sleeping here, not posing!

After visiting an arisan around bekasi area, we headed for a family's wedding at Mampang. the groom is mama's far cousin, and the bride, is german. she has already two children from her previous marriage, and the younger son, has hair that is so blonde. it was more than platinum blonde i think, blonder than Paris Hilton. :). the day was so hot, i forgot to bring my camera, and took pictures.

Yes we did go to the new mall two days in a row. the first day was with tante Lia, arthur and Om randy. i was so bored at home so i called tante lia, and she was already on her way to the mall, so i followed her there.

your stroller was left in the car papa used to work, so i had to carry you around and your were getting so heavy i couldn't hold to so long. so when you were sleeping i'd put you in arthur's Quinny stroller, which is so yellow!

Finally sayang after days waiting to get to Lampung and see ka silvy's son, we did reach there safely, alhamdulillah.... you were so good during the trip, sleeping most of the time in your carseat, oh man i should have captured that! it might also be because of your antibiotic medicine you're taking at the time. maybe just little struggle to get you breastfed quietly to sleep.

anyway, we reached at, as usual, around subuh hours, waking up everybody else in the house, sorry endeh and paman2! and rested till it was midday. and so we met the baby!!, your dear cousin. i hope you will have a wonderful time to spend together as brothers growing up. he is a beautiful baby boy, who has not been named at the time, but his papa wanted to call him Alvin, but we'll see...

farrel, mama ketularan nihhh....

oh my, i kept scratching my eyes yesterday at class, cause it itched so bad, not knowing that i'm getting the virus! so it swelled like hell today, and hurt even worse!. next time, just stay in your room if someone's sick in the house okayyy son.... i'm sure you got this from aunt sasa, right? right?

so, despite the pain, i kept thinking whether i can make it to Lampung's trip tomorrow, and hopefully papa's not gonna be infected too, because he will be driving all those miles awayy... he mentioned that his eyes are starting to itch since this morning but let's just hope he won't stracth them stupidly like i did.

today was quite hectic, with hose teary swollen eyes, i had to bake, get ready for my class which i can not 'cabut' because the class will be reviewing an upcoming test, and in that class, my eyes is made worse by calculating all those numbers, so i gave up, i left home early, thx to Miss Ina.

i'd love to upload more pictures, like the ones from abah's birthday, etc...
but currently i just dont have the time. so, hopefully by the next post aite!

After the doctor Visit

well, like i predicted, the visit leaves your sickness unclear to me, this doctor, he's just not communicative enough. i tried to get another doctor, there were 2 other available ones, one is old woman whom the nurse says will still be the same case as Dr. Nana, and Dr. Tiwi is in another building so might as well, just go for what i know.

so you had a fever, and a cold and cough that leads to the red eyes you're having right now. anyway, the doctor gave you about 4 different medicines. not so excited about that.

after the visit, i took you back home, gave you the medicine, breast-fed you, well you still didn't fall asleep, but you were still so weak.

i really do hope you get better soon, because insya allah this weekend we're going to Lampung, to welcome Aunt Sylvia' new baby!. yes, welcome baby boy Ufu!! welcome to the family, and Farrel is more than delighted to welcome you and befriend you as a brother, best friend and family.

Ndeh called mama's number last night, informing about the birth. the baby boy was born wighing 2,7 kg, and 47 cm tall just after maghrib, Alhamdulillah right now i just cant wait to know the boy's name, so i can bring him cupcakes! hihi... teteeeep...

farrel... you're not feeling really good today...

since i came back home from campus yesterday, your left aye is getting red, and by the end of evening, both of your eyes are red. it looked so soar, and you seem to be very weak. this is the first time that you've fallen ill. because of the fact that you're breastfed exclusively, you had never been ill before until now. tante sasa was having the red eyes days before too, and the day i left you for college, which is just yesterday was when you spent a lot of time in jidah's room with tante sasa, so i think you might get it from there....

and ya, you had small bites of ants all over your right leg too!! it's mosquitoes for sure, because it went a bit high up your tighs, there was no way a mosquito can reach that high cause youre wearing a long pant that night.

hmmphhh.... i'm just worried but i'm going to take you to Bunda and see if we can get a new, more communicative better. Dr. Nana Karnaen, was fine, he was a good doctor, a senior too, he handled tante sasa, but the queue is always too long for him, and maybe he's getting olg so sometimes i cant understand what he's planning for your health, immunisation etc. in details. maybe he's losing some of his teeth.... :) oops!

1st wedding anniversay!

sayang... today is mama papa's first anniversary, last night at midnight i surprised papa with lovey dovey cupcakes that looks supercute! and with a candle lit on top of it. not forgetting today is also abah's 56th birthday! i just finished making his set of a hot rod themed cake and cupcakes... they turned out so nice! i am just excited to practice my skills in cake decorating

well, what always wanders in my mind when i leave this blog is how much i want to write about all your growth developments... it seems that i always forget about the little things i wanted to write.

well ok, currently, you can already sit and stabilize but just for a minute maybe, then you'll tilt sideways, :) so cute... and you can stand so strong, but this you can already did since you're about two months old. hmm... then oh ya, you're starting to crawl. you can already reach something that's about a meter away from you. of course it's all on. and somehow, i think you prefer playing with remote controls,or hand phones than your colorful toys. i don't know why... despite all the greyness, i think you're really into pushing those buttons.

yes, before i forget, currently, your diet includes my ASI, baby porridge and vitamin. it was only 4 days ago i think, that you had your first meal! i recorded it on video too.... you were so cute sayang!

speaking of ASI, i breastfed you exclusively until you were 5 months old i think, then i started having full day class at campus, i couldnt keep up with pumping that much breastmilk. since then, i decided to give you formula milk, BMT Platinum whenever i'm off to campus. thankfully, until now i still trust Mba Siti to take care of you and i think she has done a pretty good job. hopefully, she will carry on being truthful ya!

papa n i went for the hunt for your first meal at carrefour, we had no idea about which is better which is not, so as usual, your very curious parents asked the SPGs there. it was either Milna, or Nutricia. though nestle has a e really good packaging, but we didn't consider it since the brand is included in the blacklist brand months before for including melamin in their production. well milna is in the same group as your formula milk brand, BMT from Morinaga. we compared the nutrition and milna is more nutritious. i saw that the SPG's uniformed is encrypted nutricia, thus she kept on informing that their porridge is more digestible n bla bla bla.... well we still picked out Milna. we chose the flavor ayam bayam for u. there goes your first meal...

when we reached home n i saw the package again, it say "penambahan berat badan". i mean, i thought i had gone through everything when we were in the store, because i'd say u dun have to be so big, as long as your healthy and enough with ur nutrition, i'm happy.

today, is your fourth day trying to eat, and I'd say your getting better at it. at first i thought, oh man we're never gonna get this kid eat! because you were so struggling, trying to move your head and body and i couldn't keep you still. what was so stressing is of course your cries, you really didn't enjoy it but everyone assured me that it was supposed to be like that for babies, so slowly i kept on feeding you. and look now, you can swallow them better, though you're still crying but we managed to finish the portion sayang!

anyway, i kind of think that you're not really enjoying this ayam bayam flavor we tried to find another more sweet flavor, like banana maybe, because that's what Arthur like.

Visit to Prowell

Besides, getting your mama's new artisan mixer, we also had a short visit to abah's office at the Bellagio.

and ya, i had some time taking pictures of you getting dressed up, we were trying to try on this military hat that comes in with a matching pair of shoe on you. so cute!

waa kena mata ni atittt!!!

and there's one really funny, but rather dangerous incident happened. you were on my lap, and i was sitting down at the chair in front of abah's desk. remembering that you just learned on how to sit down, and upon seeing the wide surface of the desk area, i decided to make you sit on the desk. for seconds, you enjoyed playing there, and so i took my camera to capture that moment. and "oh no..." i thought i deleted all the pictures in there but the card was somehow still full! i was trying to get it work, until "ya ampuunnn...." you lost your balance sitting up, and bumped into the glass full of water, which then spilled into, guess what.... abah's papers!!

oh my.... just seconds i took my eyes off you, something happened! it was not only you, but the papers, god knows what those papers are relevant for.... so i called mba ade, the secretary to look at each of the spilled papers, and see if she can quickly recovered the information together again.

anyway, although i am still struggling to sleep and feel very restless, i am so excited about my new mixer, the color is ice blue, because you chose it right? blue for farrel :).

this is my very first post for this blog, and i can't tell you how excited i am. i hope that this blog would make a very easy, yet wonderful ways to keep memories of me, as a mom, wife, college student and every other aspirations of mine, trying to have just a happy normal life with my family.

this blogspot thing, they're very smart to make us happy huh? already posting? it was only about 5 seconds ago since i clicked 'create blog'. Cheers to blogspot people! :)

well, i can imagine, hmm... about 6 years from now? Farrel is already browsing through this blog and see how he grows up vaguely and all the drama in the midst of all that.
